We tend to hold on to things that stop us from living. We hold on to these things for many reasons. Maybe because we're so angry with ourselves, that person/people or maybe we're just afraid. We don't forgive because we fear it'll happen again, with the same person or another. We think of our injuries way too often and we don't realize that they can consume us, they can make us very unhappy. We have to learn to forgive, even if that person or those people don't apologize. Learn to forgive, do it for you, do it for the happiness that'll come after it. Our lives would be dull and dark if we held on to grudges and never forgave anyone. Forgiving is one step closer to happiness, forgiving is one step closer to success. Many people cant start a new chapter in their lives because theyre stuck on the same page they were on for a couple of days, weeks, months or even years now.

If you are going to accept a challenge, make sure you dont put your life and others lives at risk. Think about it. Is it the right thing to do? If its not, dont do it. Dont make yourself look foolish or like a coward. Accepting ctw dares makes you look foolish. For example, Rex D. Pinegar accepted a ctw challenge. He accepted a dare that made him look foolish. He put his life at risk as a child just to impress and show another individual he was brave and fast. You do not have to prove to anyone that you are a certain something. If they are your friends, theyll love you for who you are. Dont change or do anything ctw related for someone or just to fit in. Dont worry about fitting in, its better to stand out. 

Novelist

Duties and Responsibilities
A novelist is a type of writer or author who creates long works of fiction.  Majority of novelists prefer to write in one genre, but some have written books in different genres. Novelists come up with an idea, they usually come up with this idea by what they have experienced or something they witnessed.

“I get my ideas from everywhere. But what all of my ideas boil down to is seeing maybe one thing, but in a lot of cases it’s seeing two things and having them come together in some new and interesting way, and then adding the question ‘What if?’ ‘What if’ is always the key question.“
Many novelists have a plan in their head, they know what the book is going to be about and whats going to happen. However, some novelists “wing it” which means that they write with whatever thought comes to mind when writing it. A novelist has to write at least everyday, they have to edit any mistakes or other things. Novelists need to find a publisher that'll publish their book

If youre interested in this career, you shouldn’t be interested in how much money they make. Sometimes its very difficult to make money. But the average income is around $65,960. It all depends on how many books they sell and the contracts with their publishers

Reflection 
I would love to become a novelist or any type of writer. I love writing. Ive written poetry (i still do) and im planning to start writing a novel soon. I want to be a novelist because i want to express mt thoughts and feelings in books. I want to write about different types of people. I want them to relate to the characters in the book and the book itself. I want people to have a voice through my books.

You should make decisions because you know they are right. You should never make decisions just because you want to be cool, impress others, be popular or liked by certain people. Decisions should come from your heart, they should be right and good. If you know its not right to cheat on a test, don't do it. Choose the right and choose to fail that test because you didn't study. Making right decisions makes you a better person. Making right decisions will lead you into the right path. If you choose the right, you'll feel good. You'll always feel proud of yourself for choosing the right. But if you choose the wrong, you'll feel bad. You'll feel ashamed of yourself for the rest of your life. A little ctw action can have repercussions.

If you want to be successful, start studying and learning as much as you can. You have the power to create your future. If you choose the right always, youre on the right path. If youre always choosing the wrong, youre not. But its never too late. You have the power to change paths and destinations. if you want something, work hard for it. It might be difficult and it might take time but if youre determined, you will accomplish whatever it is that you want to accomplish. The future is in your hands, not completely but its still there. You cant decide what happens around you but you can decide what you want to do in certain situations and you can decide on what people you want to hang around with. it does not matter in ehat circumstances you are in, youre still slowly creating your future without noticing. So work hard and work smart to get to your destination.

Just because you were raised in poverty doesn't mean that you'll always stay there.Being raised in poverty does not mean you'll never be successful. You can be if you wanted to.  You can change your lifestyle with hard work and determination. Theres many doors that you can open. Some have so many stairs and it seems as if you will never get there, you eventually will. Other doors take you to the same spot you were before, they take you in circles, they take you nowhere. It's your choice to pick which one you want to open. Yes these doors have labels but will you choose wisely ? My point is that it doesnt matter where you are right now but where you're going. 

Amsterdam, Netherlands

Amsterdam is the Netherlands capital, it's known for its artistic heritage, elaborate canal system and narrow houses with gabled facades. There are numerous bike paths and museums. Van Goghs museum is in Amsterdam. The Anne frank house is also located here. Theres also a cat museum. This place is truly beautiful. I want to go here because of all the museums and because of its scenery. I could paint and write in peace. I could also take pictures of its scenery. There many bridges in Amsterdam. There's 165 canals.Amsterdam is built on water. Buildings have to be built on long poles that get dug deep into the ground to prevent them from sinking. There's bikes everyone, almost everyone owns one. There's more bikes than there is people.Smoking tobacco is banned but smoking weed is not. They support LGBT, they opened the doors to same sex marriage in 2001. Amsterdam is one of the top 25 safest cities in the world. The warmest weather is from June to August, with temperatures between 21 - 26 degrees Celsius. There are rarely extreme temperatures. The air is relatively humid and fog is common in autumn and spring. There are stronger winds from October to March. Theres many more interesting things about this city and i hope to one day go here.

Reflection 
This career does interest me because it includes two of my favorite subjects, art and science. I'm stuck between going into the arts: photography, writing, painting and the sciences: that includes medicine. With this career i can do both things i love at the same time. Ill consider this career because if i do work hard for it, ill never have to work a day in my life. 

Kinesiologist 

Duties and Responsibilities
A kinesiologist examines and understands the physical capacity of every individual and provides them proper training and assistance in case they require to amplify their physical capacity to sustain stress. They study human body movement. They help strengthen the bones and muscles by designing proper exercise schedules and diets for the people who have to perform aggressive tasks during the day. With a major in kinesiology are ideal candidates for a career as an athletic trainer, physical therapist or recreational therapist. These are highly trained professionals who help prevent and treat the injuries of athletes, work with patients with chronic injuries or illnesses that affect their range of movement, or help individuals maintain or regain physical wellness after injury or illness

This career does seem interesting. I like helping people and studying human movement. I will consider this career. I would like to get into this career because i like helping people, i can help many by going into this career. I would like to see people recover from a tragic event that they experienced, i would like to help them.

If you're kind to others, you're already a great person. Being polite and having manners shows that you are an amazing person. Being respectful to others and to yourself is very important. This shows who you truly are as a person. Doing random acts of kindness also makes you a good person. I'm going to give you an example of kindness. My friend brandon went to the store a few weeks ago and he saw a lady with her daughter, they were selling flowers outside the store. The flowers were a dollar. The lady tells him that she is trying to raise money to buy her daughter a wig, she had been diagnosed with cancer. The wig costs about $250 and she couldn't afford it. Brandon gave the lady $320, they were so happy. The little girl started crying of joy but the mother didn't want to accept that much money from him. He finally convinced her to accept it. It's so easy to be kind and to give if you're not selfish. People get so happy when they receive the help they need or when someone randomly compliments them. Little things make people very happy and if you don't do this how do you expect people to do it to you? You actually should never expect anything in return but a smile. Maybe ask them to pay it forward but never pay it back to you. If you want something in return, you won't succeed in this aspect. You'll only succeed if you do it to be kind and a great person to others.

If you know something is wrong, you shouldn't do it. You should never let someone make choices for you. You should never do something just because a large amount of people are doing it. You should never do something just to impress people. If they value you, they'll love you for who you are and you wont need to impress them. If you want to do something, do it for yourself not for others. If its what you truly want, go for it. If your friends try to persuade you to do something bad, they arent your friends at all. Real friends dont make you do things you dont like or that you are not comfortable with. Have the courage to say no even if it means the end of a friendship. Friends are usually temporary but your reputation is stuck with you forever. Be the only light bulb that lights up in the darkest of nights, the only one who recognizes whats right and whats wrong. Be the only light thatll help people see a path of goodness. Guide people through the dark as they try to find their way to this path. 

Registered Nurse

Duties and responsibilities:

A registered nurse is a nurse who has graduated from a nursing program and met the requirements outlined by a country, state, province or similar licensing body in order to obtain a nursing license.  Rns care for patients and educate them on health issues to prevent future illnesses. Along with technical skills necessary for the medical profession.  Nurses have many responsibilities. Some of the things they do are performing physical exams and health histories, they provide health promotion, counseling and education, and they administer medications, wound care and ect.
