A kinesiologist examines and understands the physical capacity of every individual and provides them proper training and assistance in case they require to amplify their physical capacity to sustain stress. They study human body movement. They help strengthen the bones and muscles by designing proper exercise schedules and diets for the people who have to perform aggressive tasks during the day. With a major in kinesiology are ideal candidates for a career as an athletic trainer, physical therapist or recreational therapist. These are highly trained professionals who help prevent and treat the injuries of athletes, work with patients with chronic injuries or illnesses that affect their range of movement, or help individuals maintain or regain physical wellness after injury or illness

This career does seem interesting. I like helping people and studying human movement. I will consider this career. I would like to get into this career because i like helping people, i can help many by going into this career.
