Dont be afraid to be the only one standing. If you're the only one ctr, be proud. You do not need people who will bring you down with them. If you want to succeed you have to let these people go, even if they're your friends. If they dont help you succeed, they dont need to be in you life. If you go to a party and everybody is doing drugs and drinking all types of alcohol, what are you going to do? You can leave or stay but dont do it. Dont join them. Dont feel the need to say yes. If you dont want to or are afraid, say no. If they start calling you names, who cares. Dont listen to them, you made a good choice. only a ctr person would say no to drugs and alcohol. Do not fall into temptation. ctr always

Novelist

Duties and Responsibilities
A novelist is a type of writer or author who creates long works of fiction.  Majority of novelists prefer to write in one genre, but some have written books in different genres. Novelists come up with an idea, they usually come up with this idea by what they have experienced or something they witnessed.
Here's what Stephen king said when asked where his ideas came from
“I get my ideas from everywhere. But what all of my ideas boil down to is seeing maybe one thing, but in a lot of cases it’s seeing two things and having them come together in some new and interesting way, and then adding the question ‘What if?’ ‘What if’ is always the key question.“
Many novelists have a plan in their head, they know what the book is going to be about and whats going to happen. However, some novelists “wing it” which means that they write with whatever thought comes to mind when writing it. A novelist has to write at least everyday, they have to edit any mistakes or other things. Novelists need to find a publisher that'll publish their book

If youre interested in this career, you shouldn’t be interested in how much money they make. Sometimes its very difficult to make money. But the average income is around $65,960. It all depends on how many books they sell and the contracts with their publishers

Reflection 
I would love to become a novelist or any type of writer. I love writing. Ive written poetry (i still do) and im planning to start writing a novel soon. I want to be a novelist because i want to express mt thoughts and feelings in books. I want to write about different types of people. I want them to relate to the characters in the book and the book itself. I want people to have a voice through my books.

These are good tips. if you want to be successful you should follow them. Work hard, be determined. Nobody gets to success very easily. But if youre willing to give it your all, you will eventually get there. Make your favorite hobby your career. If you pursue a career in something you really enjoy doing; for example painting, youll never work a single day of your life. It wont feel like working because you really enjoy doing it. Phillip Riggs is a band director and he enjoys his job. He inspires other students and he teaches them different types of lessons many dont. That is how he got nominated, that how he won the grammy. A formal student of his nominated him. That is how you know that others enjoy his teaching and that he inspired others. He did good things for his students so it came back to him.

When you decide to do something that is not right, you dont gain anything. But you can lose things such as friendships, relationships, respect, your reputation and etc. If you decide to steal, theres a 50/50 chance youll get caught. If you do get caught, itll stay on your record and your reputation will go down the drain(if you had a good one before this) Many people wont hire you because of that, it follows you. You might lose peoples respect if you do something like drink so much that you pass out. You also lose your reputation as a "scholar" "straight a student" or whatever they call you. You have to ctr because if you dont, youll start loosing many things little by little. Maybe even your life. Drinking can end your life.

A person who always chooses the right is always respectful, responsible and cares about others. People use your character/ the way you act to define you. To show good character, you must act with good intentions.

You dont need money, make up, jewelry, fancy clothes or anything to make you beautiful or a great person. All you need is a good heart. You can be the richest person in the world and own the world itself but you'll still be miserable and you might still be considered a bad person. You cant feel good if you dont do good. If you have a heart of gold, all you're going to worry about is helping others and doing things for others before you do things for yourself. A person with a good heart you will always look good in the eyes of the ones who want and received help from that person who helped.
