'Take Responsibility for YOUR OWN body, mind and spirit, for your own physical, mental and spiritual well-being."

You are the only one in control of your body, of your mind, your spirit and and your well being. You control yourself and everything you do. You might blame others when you do something you're not supposed to but in reality it's your fault. Blaming others won't help you at all, all it can do is worsen the situation. Many adults will tell you to do something a certain way because one its for the best and two because they want the best for you, they only do this because they love and care about you. But whatever you do after they warn you is on you. Its best to do what they say because they are right more than half of the time. Its better to do good because itll keep you out of trouble. Whatever you decide to do, make sure its itll be for the better, make sure its the right thing to do.

“Physical Fitness is not only one of the most important keys to a healthy body, it is the basis of dynamic and creative intellectual activity. The relationship between the soundness of the body and the activities of the mind is subtle and complex. Much is not yet understood. But we do know what the Geeks knew: That intelligence and skill can only function at the peak of their capacity when the body is healthy and strong.”-President John F. Kennedy

It is important to take care of yourself. You'll feel better if you do. When you're sick or when you have a headache, you can't concentrate. You don't feel like doing anything. Now imagine feeling that for a real long time just because you didn't take care of yourself. It would be terrible wouldn't it? That's why you have to take precautions and take care of yourself. If you don't im sure many thing will change. You grade will go done, you'll be frustrated, you'll feel pressured and many more things that aren't good. You can start making a change to your life if you don't want this. Eat healthy; vegetables, fruit, grain and etc. Stop eating so much fast food or junk food, it can make you sick. Junk food and/or fast food can make you gain weight, that's not good. So if you do feel like you are overweight you should exercise. Even if you're not overweight you should still exercise, its good for you. Start making changes to your lifestyle, changes that will benefit you.
