Nursing home administrators work to supervise clinical and administrative affairs of nursing homes and related facilities. Nursing home administrators oversee staff and personnel, financial matters, medical care, medical supplies, facilities and other duties as specific positions demand.

 Education 

• 4 year Bachelor's or graduate degree in health services administration 

• Pass a state licensing examination • Master's degree (advanced positions)

Reflection 
I am not interested in this career. i want to pursue a different career in the medical field. I like the idea of helping elders but i just dont see myself doing it in the future.
